Who we may need to Share your Personal Information with
We will only share your personal information with appropriate health care agencies (including but not limited to GP, Social Services and Pharmacies) and anyone nominated as your representatives where it effects the interests and wellbeing of the client.
We will minimal and relevant information staff of Belvoir Home Care ltd in order to provide a safe and effective service.
In order to deliver our services we rely on third party software support specialists to provide support, and resolve any issues with the software we need to run to operate the business. These providers are under a written contract to ensure the same level of privacy and security that we promise to you.
Lawful basis for us processing your Data
All your personal information is processed with your consent for it to be processed for specific purposes.
Without processing your personal data we would be unable to fulfil our service to you to provide individuals with care and support.
GDPR recognises that additional care is required when processing sensitive data such as information about your health and article 9(2)(h) covers this by stating –processing is necessary for the provision.

How long your personal data will be held
We will hold your personal data for 7 years in line with our legal requirements.
