How We Operate

Being a family ran business, we treat all of our clients as individuals and we like to think that all carers and clients feel part of the family.

One of the nice things about BHC is that all of the staff are on first name terms with the clients. To keep the family feel the manager will visit each client herself prior to support commencing to ensure that the correct personalities and skill sets are matched.

Service Limitations

It is not within our current remit to provide services to people who need robust services due to physical aggression to others or severe self-harm.  Nor do we provide 15 – 20 minute ‘pop – in’ visits.  We aim to have minimum call duration of one hour, this enables us to provide a person focused quality service rather than simply a task focused service.
